Tonight Impact Wrestling held their big Sacrifice Pay Per View event which was main evented by a match with the highest stakes that have been in Impact Wrestling in quite some time.
After Scott D’Amore announced recently that the company would once again recognise the TNA World Championship as an official title of Impact Wrestling, it was announced that at this show Impact Wrestling World Champion Rich Swann would face TNA World Champion Moose in a title unification match.
The match has just taken place and after lots of high spots including an incredible cutter from Swan onto Moose who was coming off the top rope and caught in mid air in a show stealing moment, it was Rich Swann who came out victorious.
Swann will now go onto the next Impact Pay Per View event Rebellion where he will defend the undisputed Impact World Championship against AEW World Champion Kenny Omega.
