Cat Peach

No description available.

It’s a shame that the Mario and Rabbids Kingdon Battle game didn’t get it’s own Amiibo as the Rabbid Peach would have been high on this list. Despite that we get the next best thing with this Cat Peach figure.

Modern 8-bit Mario

No description available.

It’s 8-bit Mario, but in Amiibo form. Looking at the picture you could believe it was the original pixles from the NES game, but this is a full 3D render. This version doesn’t have the original NES colours correctly and instead using the modern Mario colour design for a more recognisable look.

Ridley

No description available.

So many of the big bad Nintendo villians are dragon or lizard based monsters and this Ridley figure from the Metroid collection is a truly scary beast which shows off the vast variety of characters that you can line up next to each other when placed next to something like Resetti form Animal Crossing.

Super Mario Cereal

No description available.

Still the craziest of all Amiibos, this is a cereal box which meant that if you wanted the Amiibo you had to buy the breakfast cereal. Amusingly this means that if collectors want a complete unopened Amiibo collection they will all end up with a box of mouldy cereal on their shelves.

Cloud

No description available.

This is an Amiibo which just helps heal the heart of the fans who still find it hard to understand that after such a great relationship throughout the NES and Super NES eras that Square would jump off the Nintendo bandwagon and take Final Fantasy 7 as a Playstation exclusive. And whilst Switch owners still didn’t get the Final Fantasy 7 Remake, we did get a version of the PSOne original and this classicly posed Cloud to have something back in the nintendo camp that Playstation fans can be jealous of.

8-bit Mario

No description available.

How can you beat the original pixle perfect Mario Amiibo? It’s great to be able to see how the old 8-bit 2D Mario would ahve looked form all angles, and the base being the non standard warp pipe is a great touch.

Metroid Dread Samus

No description available.

This Metroid Dread Samus figure is just stunning. The pose is ready for business and the new design to the space suit really makes this a figure that even non Metroid fans will want to dive into the series to get.

Breath of the Wild Guardian

No description available.

One of the bigger Amiibo figure available, the Legend of Zelda The Breath of the Wild Guardian figure has legs that can be articulated and is another of the slightly more unusual figures as a result. Even though scale wise this may not be as big compared to the Link Amiibos as the in game characters are to each other, it’s still great to have this boss character able to tower over the Link figs.

Smash Bros Mario

No description available.

The first Mario Amiibo is excellent. Showing more seriousness and attitude than is common from the famous plumber, Mario looked ready for battle with his flaming fire ball in hand. Yeah he’s not dressed in Fire Flower costume, but in the Smash Bros world he doesn’t need to be.

Wolf Link

No description available.

The Zelda Amiibos ahve always recieved perhaps the most love from Nintendo and fans alike, and this is one of the most unique. This Wolf Amiibo with Midna riding is super deatiled and the inclusion of the rocks that they stand upon add an extra dimension of location.

Toon Link

No description available.

Wind Waker Link here is such a vast improvement over the Toon Link Smash Bros Amiibo. This one looks like it just jumped off the screen from the Wii U Wind Waker HD remake.

Mega Yarn Yoshi

No description available.

Yarn Yoshi was a great idea in the Yoshi’s Wooly World game, but it was even better to make actual yarn Yoshis that were also Amiibos. So how could Nintendo top that? Simple – make a Mega big Yarn Yoshi! Other than the cereal box, this is the biggest Amiibo and one that you can cuddle up to.

King K. Rool

No description available.

Fans demanded King K Rool join Smash Bros for a long time, and when we saw the new design we weren’t disappointed. This figure has so much personality and detail it puts Bowser to shame as the top repile big bad on the Amiibo roster.

Cat Mario

No description available.

The Cat Mario characters were seen as so cute that Nintendo even produced short films based on them. The texture on this Amiibo goes above and beyond and is exactly the type of inventive Amiibo designs that will keep us buying more Marios.

Link (Archer)

No description available.

Perhaps the most iconic shot of Link from the early footage of Breath of the Wild was the shot of Link mid leap during an energy arrow. This Amiibo captures this moment brilliantly and it being the best Amiibo to accompany what may be the best game ever means many players world wide were desperate to get their hands on this one.
