Poochy
It’s great that the release of Yoshi’s Wooly World on the 3DS saw the release of another wooly Amiibo and this Poochy character is exactly we needed.
Super Mario
There’s something about this pose and design which whilst wholesome and typically Mario, doesn’t quite win the Mario Amiibo wars for us, but it is still a great version of the character.
Mr Game and Watch
Another Amiibo with it’s own unique quirks. This simple character actually comes with multiple poses which can be attached to the stand, so you can change up your Mr Game and Watch displays depending on how your mood takes you.
Chibi Robo
A random character that has had a few games, but none of them have been big hits. This released along side an 3DS title, so may be getting harder to come by and a great chance to get one of the more obscure Nintendo mascots in figure form.
Bowser
An Amiibo which at first glance you could think was the same figure as the Super Smash Bros Bowser. It’s a different pose and with him more upright it’s our preference.
Wedding Bowser
But whilst we feel the Super Mario series Bowser is good, it’s not as good as the Wedding Bowser. It’s just such a shame that the big bad guy can’t accept a no from Princess Peach and even would go as far to getting this all white tux ready for a wedding that she would just say no to.
Green Yarn Yoshi
Of the trilogy of the Yarn Yoshi figs, the green one is the one most people wanted as it is his classoc character. As a small cuddly toy who can resist the cuteness of this fella? If only it was bigger to hug at night…
Wario
The first Wario Amiibo upset some fans for going with his Wario Ware costume rather than the classic yellow and purple look, but this biker look design arguably has more character.
Young Link
This is how you do a Link Amiibo right. The most battle ready looking pose, you can visualise Link swinging the sword in his classic spin attack.
Dark Samus
The texture on this is incredible. Dark Samus is a great Amiibo for people who like to see dark versions of characters in games and also in figure form.
