The Evercade VS, a retro inspired console which plays game collections from cartridges is about to start offering monthly free games. Starting this Friday with Tape Worm Disco Puzzle, an indie game from the creator of Flea, users of the VS home console will be able to download and play the game for one month.
Each game will only be playable for a month before being replaced on the service by another game. At the end of the year, a new physical Indie Collection 2 will feature the games that were available as part of the service.
The games will only be playable on the Evercade VS and not the original Evercade handheld, as only the VS can connect to the internet.
