The Top 5 Moments From WrestleMania 38

WrestleMania 38 was a two night feast for wrestling fans, and an event sure to be remembered for a long time to come.

Here are the top 5 moments from the show!

Edge and AJ Styles have a WrestleMania Classic

This was always going to be one of the best matches on the card, and AJ and the Rated R Superstar didn’t let us down. A thrilling back and forth match which in so many ways was a call back to matches of yesteryear. Only the ending with Damien Priest knocked it down at all.

Vince McMahon Wrestles Pat McAfee

It was rumoured for a long time and then it turned out to be true. After Pat McAfee defeated Austin Theory, Vince took his jacket and shirt off to reveal the black vest Vince used to wear to wrestle 20 years ago. This match wasn’t long or great, but it certainly was a WrestleMania moment. Made all the better by Steve Austin turning up and stunning everyone, including Vince taking the worst stunner of all time.

Bianca Defeats Becky

There are a few contenders for best match of the 2 nights and this is a major contender. Bianca got her revenge on Becky after the previous summer and took home the Championship for the second WrestleMania in a row.

Cody Rhodes Returns to the WWE

The worst kept secret in wrestling was that Cody was returning to the WWE after leaving AEW. The build up to the match with Seth Rollins not having a WrestleMania opponent and trying everything to get one was perfect to build anticipation to one of the greatest WrestleMania entrances of all time.

Stone Cold Wrestles After 19 Years

Stone Cold Steve Austin wrestled Kevin Owens in the main event of night 1 in a thrilling return to the Attitude era. Kevin Owens had called out Austin and he was announced as being a guest on the KO Show. But how could a chat segment ever be the main event of a WrestleMania? The match was no holds barred and was an old fashioned brawl through the crowd, on the stage and even had Austin on a vehicle again for old tine’s sake. KO finally got his WrestleMania main event and Austin got to end his career on a high in his home state!
