If you’re a collector of retro Hasbro WWF style wrestling figures, this Danhausen figure from Zombie Sailor Toys should be high on your to get list. One of the most popular figures in the Heels and faces set, the Danhausen figure is based on everyone’s favourite very nice, very evil superstar.
Although Danhausen is currently in AEW, this isn’t an official AEW figure as he was signed up for the figure before he debuted with AEW.
The figure comes in the classic slam style pose, but as with all the Heels and Faces, this figure doesn’t feature any spring loaded action moves. It’s both fitting of the character of Danhausen and funny in it’s own right that this figure would have this pose which is usually reserved for power wrestlers, but as Danhausen is a comedic wrestler it makes sense.
If you check out the unboxing and review video you’ll see all my thoughts on the figure including how I note that the figure would be perfect to be transformed into a custom Back to the Future George McFly figure. The hairdo and build is spot on for such a custom job.
One great thing about the figure is that it features all of Danhausen’s tattoos and comes with his cape. If you ordered by a certain point you could get an extra stack of accessories including a jar of teeth, a bag of human money and an extra set of hands. On the topic of human teeth it’s also great that on the red carded packaging that this figure comes on the traditional stars that are shown behind the character are replaced with the shape of teeth. Very nice…

Conclusion
This is a great figure that fans have been waiting foreverhausen for. It doesn’t disappoint and is a highlight of the Heels and Faces range as a retro style figure of an AEW guy and there aren’t many of those!
