Wow! Super excited to share that this website now has over 200 articles live on the site! For those of you who have been reading since day one when the site launched a couple of months ago, I thank you! For those of you who may be reading on the site for the first time…welcome! And I hope you visit regularly as the site is only just starting!
To give a brief recap on the journey of the site so far, and also a look into the future, Xstreamed.tv is the official website of everything from Extreme Improv XStreamed.
The concept of the site was to be the online home of not only all of the Extreme Improv shows, but to branch out and extend things to all of the projects and content that the Extreme Improv audience enjoy.
If you’ve come here for improv and Extreme Improv, you’ll find tons of it, but now you’re here you may find articles, podcasts, videos, quizzes, jokes and a whole lot more that you may enjoy. Likewise if you’ve stumbled across the site because I don’t know…you’re a fan of Movies, or Video Games, Travel, Wrestling, Collectibles, Geek Culture etc etc…then maybe you’ll discover that you also would be a fan of our brand of wacky improv shows!
The 200 articles have included many features, blog style posts, sharing movie trailers, weekly previews of the Extreme Improv shows for the week, Top 10 lists, reviews of movies and games, and much more.
In the near future now that the structure of the site and features are all taking shape there will be opportunities for guest writers and other ways for people to contribute to the site.
I’m super excited to have hit the 200 article milestone the week after we hit the 200th episode of Extreme Improv Xstreamed, and as the site grows and expands more I look forward to hitting more milestones in the near future and for years to come.
If you’ve not explored the site yet, here’s some of the fantastic features currently in place:
Extreme Improv Plus: A Netflix style video service where you can watch all our previous streamed shows, video reviews, comedy sketches, short films and more. We’ve just added the ability to search and watch shows by individual performer, so now you can easily find your favourites!
XStreamed Achievements: A recently added Xbox/Playstation style Achivements/Trophies system which shows milestones and goals achieved by performers who have taken part in Extreme Imrpov Shows. This will be continually updated and in the future there will be ways for readers and audience members to earn achievement badges too!
XStreamed Podcast Network: We have 3 improv based podcasts and podcasts based on Pro Wrestling, Travel, Video Games and Movies all already on the site and there are dozens of episodes available to listen to on demand!
XStreamed Articles: And then there are now officially hundreds of articles available for you to enjoy covering all of the subjects covered in our shows and podcasts. Again, we’ll soon be opening things up for others to contribute articles as well, so look out for info soon on how you can get involved and become a writer for Xstreamed.tv
