If you enjoy visiting country manners in the UK, you can’t find much nicer than Waddesdon Manner in Aylesbury in Buckinghamshire. We visited there at Christmas time to take in the manner and it’s pretty views which were made all the prettier by the lavish display of Christmas trees, decorations and fantastic light displays.
The manner, which has been around since the 1800s is a National Trust building which was created for Baron Ferdinand de Rothschild, just so you know a little of the history of the place.
It’s available to visit across the year, but a very popular place to visit during the festive season. You’ll be able to see some of the fantastic light displays on the illuminated walk in our latest travel vlog. This is episode 7 of season 3 of Jet Lagged and Loving It.
