Ingredients:
3 medium chicken eggs
Ham
1 Medium Pepper
3 Medium Mushrooms
Cherry Tomatoes
Light Cheddar
Tomato Puree
1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
Preparation
Wash and slice vegetables.
Cut Ham into squares.
Add ham and vegetables to pre-heated pan with olive oil.
Allow vegetables and ham to partially cook to near preference. Then put them onto a side plate out of the pan.
Whisk eggs and add them to the pan.
Allow eggs to cook on one side flip eggs.
Add and spread a little tomato puree onto eggs.
Whilst underside of eggs are cooking re-add vegetables and ham into the pan onto the eggs.
Grate cheddar onto eggs creating a thin layer across ham and vegetables.
Optional: You could always finish off the Pizza Omlette under the grill if you want perfect crispy cheese.
Dish up and slice into slices and enjoy!
