If you’ve ever considered visiting Upper and Lower Slaughter you should check this out!
Lower and Upper Slaughter are villages in the UK in the Cotswolds, and taking a stroll from one to the other is a really nice walk for a Sunday afternoon.
If you have a dog, or just want to enjoy a relaxing afternoon with a riverside walk, I’d certainly suggest you consider heading to this pleasant little village.
In this latest edition of Jet Lagged and Loving It, our travel vlog series from Extreme Improv Xstreamed, Rachel and I take little Rocky on his first travel vlog adventure.
If you have an excitable little pooch like Rocky, who is a Working Cocker Spaniel, you should check out some of the walks we’re going to cover in upcoming episodes of the vlog.
Things we learned about Upper and Lower Slaughter include that there is a cool Mill to see, and you can also check out the Mill gift shop and museum, there are some friendly swans and sheep to say hello to, and your dog will enjoy splashing about in the Ford crossing. The village is what is known as a twice thankful village and that is because during the conflicts of World War 1 and WWII, none of the soldiers that came form the village who went to war died in battle.
