There’s a fantastic new tool for improv performers, companies, and drama groups which we’re proud to have launched right here on the Xstreamed.tv website.
If you head over to www.xstreamed.tv/suggestions you will find the Extreme Improv Xstreamed Suggestions App embedded right on the website!
This app is more than a random word generator, and is packed with features that we think performers will love!
FEATURES
This app has the following features:
Get randomised suggestions from a range of categories such as Random Words, Movies, Professions, Fears, Objects and more!
Get suggestions of improv games for 1, 2 or 3+ players with the rules explained by the Virtual Improv Host.
Roll a dice with the built in D20 dice.
Play the arcade game Flight of the Vampire Penguins and try for a high score!
Play sounds including buzzers, comedy drum effects and the bad joke Waa Waa sound.
Built in timer for timing games and scenes.
USE IT EVERYWHERE
The Extreme Improv Xstreamed Suggestions App is available to use on any device that supports HTML5. That means you can use the app on PC, Mac, Apple Devices like iPhone and iPad, Android devices and even video games consoles like Xbox Series X.
THE FUTURE
Whilst we’re super proud that the app is currently available to use on all of the above devices, one limitation is that the app does need to connect to the internet via the website. This means that as well as a web connection, we’ve had to be realistic about what features we could pack into the web app.
In the future the App will be available as a stand alone product for iOS, Android and PC. These versions are currently in development and will come loaded with many new and expanded features that are not currently available in the web app. Announcements for when this will be available will come at a later date, so please keep your eyes peeled on Xstreamed.tv for news!
