KFC
Easily the best in terms of chicken (sorry Nando’s) the secret herbs and spices recipe of the Colonel make KFC chicken the tastiest on the list, and also has an air of mystique as to why no other restaurant has been able to properly replicate the flavour.
KFC literally has Chicken in the name, so don’t expect other meats here, although they do provide a great variety of ways to have the chicken. From popcorn chicken bites, through tower burgers and the classic bucket, KFC is our pick for chicken and our number 2 on the list.
McDonalds
The most famous fast food chain on the list and arguably the one by which all others are compared. Pizza is missing off the menu, but they have you covered for everything else you’d expect. Their range of beef burgers are all good, and whilst their chicken may not top KFC, everyone will feel at home with a chicken nugget. Their milkshakes are basically ice creams and are the winner there too.
In recent years their range has expanded to feature regular wraps and salads for those looking to feel a bit healthier, and for those looking for something sweet their apple pies and McFlurries are classic. As the old advert said; there’s nothing quite like a McDonalds.
