Ingredients:

2 medium bananas

Mixed frozen fruit berries

1 spoon of crunchy peanut butter

1 spoon of honey

A sprinkle of dry porridge oats

Half a glass of milk or soya milk

Preparation

Peel bananas and add all other ingredients into blender. Blend until silky smooth and serve immediately!
