Decades after the original He-Man and the Masters of the Universe cartoon aired in the 1980s Netflix have created a new adult targeted Masters of the Universe show in the 2020s. The show launched and was shared in two halves, and whilst it was divisive for fans in terms of the story and how some of the characters were changed from their original character traits, there are a couple of things everyone could agree on.
The art style, animation and character designs were spot on. As an update of the 80s cartoon this is exactly as the characters should have looked and with it, the action figures that released along side the show were some of the best looking He-Man and the Masters of the Universe action figures out there.

Conclusion
As you’ll see and hear in more detail in the video review I thought the design of the character and figure was nearly perfect. Arguably the characters don’t have the same upper body stature that the older lines of figures had and that does stand out here, but this is as close to a perfect update of the chaarcters as we could hope for.
